In Person Reiki
An in person session includes body work, crystal healing infusions and discussion time to talk about what brings you in, what came up during your session and how to integrate with your session.
What can you expect during your in person session?
Reiki is administered by a gentle hands-on healing technique that restores and balances ones energy promoting natural self healing. You remain fully clothed and lie down on a Reiki table listening to relaxing music. Some people experience sensations through their body like tingling, stomach gurgles, floating feeling and others are so relaxed they fall asleep! This is a time for self-care and deep relaxation, each session is a different and unique experience. Afterwards, people often are relaxed, refreshed, feel relief from their aches and pains and walk away feeling clear, hopeful and at peace.

Long Distance Reiki
Long Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to enjoy a Reiki session anywhere in the world at any time! Ideal for people seeking to relieve their physical pain, reduce stress and anxiety in the comfort and safety of their own space.
Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle called Hermetic Law of Similarity, which indicates we are all energy matter, part of a larger whole and all connected. We are more than just our physical bodies. While invoking this principle during a session, it allows the practitioner to connect with the recipient’s energy field.
What can you expect during your Long Distance Reiki session?
Similar to an in person session, you may feel the same body sensations like tingling, stomach gurgles, floating feeling and deep relaxation. All the same benefits from an in person session are still received during a Long Distance session!
Logistically, please ensure you are in an uninterrupted space. Make yourself comfortable and set your timer when we begin! Feel free to dim your lights, lie on your bed, set some relaxing zen music in the background…. I’ll give you a friendly reminder about your session via text. I’ll work on you remotely and once the session is over we will have a phone conversation about what came up and how you are feeling. Please allow at least 45 minutes for body work, 15 minutes for discussion.

Medical Reiki™
Are you preparing for surgery?
Medical Reiki™ is ideal for those who want a support system through their entire surgery process. Medical Reiki™ can be optimized for any type of major or minor surgery.
As a Certified Medical Reiki Master™ (CMRM) I have been trained to safely and unobtrusively bring Reiki into an operating room. This includes providing you Reiki pre-operation to reduce stress and anxiety, regulate blood pressure; Reiki during the surgery supporting your life force, and; post-operation to accelerate recovery time and decrease post-surgery pain and side-effects. Ideal for those with disease, illness or injury, open to energy healing to ensure an optimum, successful recovery.

Group Reiki with Guided Meditation
90 minutes of ultimate relaxation including guided meditation to balance your chakras, sound healing to deepen your relaxation and a Reiki treatment for healing your body, mind and spirit.
This sacred time allows for self care, release, reflection, creativity, divine support and healing. Leave feeling relief from stress, anxiety, pain… and be filled with peace, clarity, wellness and connection.
Group Reiki can be held as a community event, for your family, for a special group of friends, for teenagers, for co-workers who want to create more harmony at work, athletes who want to create more harmony as a team, and anyone who wants to experience a unique healing experience in a group setting. Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls
60 minute private session $60
Sound baths are a form of meditation that has been around for thousands of years! The vibration induces a state of relaxation as the singing bowl sounds flow through the body. Our brains naturally begin to synchronize with the rhythm of the music.
