Reiki Treatments
Reiki is an energy healing modality that transfers life force energy into the body and its biofield to balance, restore and promote its innate healing capabilities offering support to the parasympathetic nervous system. This gentle, non-invasive healing therapy supports induces deep relaxation and supports pain management, emotional and physical stress, anxiety reduction and promotes over-all wellbeing and clarity. It's compatible with all religions and traditional medicine. Reiki bridges energy medicine and spirituality offering a unique approach to enhance understanding of your life experiences.
As a Medical Reiki™ Master I have been trained to integrate Reiki into pre/during/post surgical care in collaboration with medical professionals. Reiki treatments help prepare your body and emotional state for surgical procedures and has been shown to reduce pain, inflammation, relieve anxiety and fear while supporting accelerated healing times, regulated blood pressure, overall wellbeing and many more benefits.
Sound Healing
Meditation with Crystal Bowls and Koshi Chimes induces relaxation as the sounds flow through the body and biofield. Our brains naturally begin to synchronize with the rhythm of the sound waves. The specially tuned frequencies from the bowls balances your chakras as they cleanse, clear and open you up bringing you into a state of vibrational harmony. Sound healing benefits the parasympathetic nervous system, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and anxiety, decreases tension and fatigue, increases focus and clarity, boosts your mood and elevates feelings of spiritual wellbeing.
Spiritual Consultation
Offering guidance and support through active listening and intuitive guidance. The goal of the consultation is to personally empower yourself by learning to tap into your inner guidance and higher self. Sessions include dialog about current issue and exploration of spiritual meaning of root causes. Session may include use of spiritual tools and techniques like energetic cleansing, oracle cards, energy healing, and exploring use of mantras. Ideal for those seeking spiritual awareness, transformation and meaning for their life experience.
